Who Are We

EOG Modular Fabricators, LLC (“EOG”) is a Texas based limited liability company that provides the highest certified pipe welder services, particularly pipe welders and pipefitters, needed by the oil & gas industry. The company is located in Houston, Texas and as such is concentrating offering services in Texas and Louisiana. EOG was formed in 2014 and already has hired a highly qualified management team with intimate knowledge of the oil and gas sector in the USA and significant industry contacts.

EOG is managed by a Management Committee consisting of Baltasar Cavazos Chena and Medardo (Mike) Martinez, a US Citizen. Mr. Cavazos is a Mexican businessman and licensed attorney in Mexico with more than 30 years of work experience in business and skilled labor services in Mexico. Mr. Martinez is a professional US- based engineer with more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the United States, Mexico, Venezuela and Colombia.
